Owner-led, Entoria specializes in solar, wind and energy storage projects, from design, planning and financing to construction and operation.


With rapid expansion plans throughout Southeast Asia, Entoria is looking for meticulous and proactive Business Development Associate to join our growing Business Development Team. Based in Metro Manila, Philippines, this role is an exciting opportunity for you to make high-impact contributions to the business of an established renewable energy company.


Overview

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for supporting business development activities across the Philippines and from time to time, involved in supporting activities in other countries in the Southeast Asia region. This role is a full-time position.


Location: Metro Manila, Philippines

Note: Only applicants who fulfil legal requirements to work in the Philippines will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct studies on markets and client segments, contribute to market strategies, and identify new opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders
  • Generate leads and build project pipelines through networking, prospecting and cultivating relationships with clients
  • Maintain client, partner, and project data within our database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for seamless operations
  • Cooperate with Finance and Technical teams on project/opportunity due diligence and feasibility studies
  • Prepare and present project proposals to clients
  • Manage key steps of project development, including documentation, notarization, licensing, and permitting
  • Forecast pipeline conversion and report on project development activities on regular basis
  • Provide customer service to clients as required**

**Entoria aims to foster a lean and agile organization through collaborative practices. Team members may from time-to-time be involved in supporting workstreams outside of their usual scope of work.

Job requirements

Profile

  • University Graduate from an accredited university or college
  • Analytical and organized with the high degree of commercial acumen
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the sale of technical solutions/financial products, B2B sales, or deal origination
  • Confident communicator in English and Tagalog
  • Ability to deliver under pressure while supporting peers in a collaborative environment
  • Capability to flourish with minimal guidance and handle ambiguity
  • Experience in Power, Infrastructure, or Renewables is a plus
  • Understanding of Power Purchase Agreements is an advantage
