Owner-led, Entoria specializes in solar, wind and energy storage projects, from design, planning and financing to construction and operation.


With rapid expansion plans throughout Southeast Asia, Entoria is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Technical Team. Based in Metro Manila, Philippines, this role is an exciting opportunity for you to make high-impact contributions to the business of an established renewable energy company.


Overview

Reporting to the Head of Operations Asia, you will be responsible overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is a full-time position.

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of solar projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed.

*Entoria aims to foster a lean and agile organization through collaborative practices. Team members may from time-to-time be involved in supporting workstreams outside of their usual scope of work.

Job requirements

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing solar projects from inception to completion.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience project management
  • Confident communicator in English and Tagalog
  • Ability to deliver under pressure while supporting peers in a collaborative environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the country
  • Experience in Power, Infrastructure, or Renewables is a plus
  • Understanding of Power Purchase Agreements is an advantage
